Welcome to the Webside of the Second Ibero-American Congress of Peloids. The main topic of this congress is the study and application of peloids and minero-medicinal waters with healing purposes.
Our main objective is to make easy the meeting of experts
in all the areas related with the research and application of thermal muds, both in the field of thermalism
and healthcare including welfare.
By means of oral and poster presentations the proposal is to debate the main innovations related with the
research and development of peloids and thermal muds, but also their therapeutic and cosmetic applications.
The Lanjaron Spa Center - Granada (Spain) has been chosen because its extraordinary
localization near the Mediterranean Coast and its extensive experience with minero-medicinal water
treatments.
The recently created Spanish Society of Thermal Peloids (SEPETER) organizes this congress
in collaboration with the Mediterranean Center of the University of Granada and the Spa Center of
Lanjarón. Through this webpage, you will be able to log in, to present your communication proposals
or posters, to obtain information about the location, registration fees and program of activities, as
well as to contact the organization to receive additional information.
We wish to welcome to all the participants and companions. We hope you will enjoy in Lanjarón (Granada)
both the scientific program and the scheduled social events.
